Advanced technological blades strip the dermis uniformly, leaving the rind structurally clean with an incredibly low, exact subcutaneous fat profile. Continuous sanitary rinsing defends the product from any impurities prior to deep freezing.

High-Density Protective Packaging
To avoid outer oxidation and deep-freeze dehydration, sheets are stacked flat and cleanly layered into thick poly-lined interior sleeves. Secondary packaging relies on double-walled, export-grade cardboard boxes heavily secured with plastic strapping. This stable layout enables dense container configuration inside high-cube reefers without block movement.
