S.I.F. Certified Visual Sorting
Pork specialty cuts require aggressive cleaning and visual grading lines. Operating inside our federally inspected (S.I.F.) processing hubs in Brazil, each piece undergoes scalding, full automated dehairing, and manual detailing. The toe nails are entirely extracted and pads are evaluated to meet zero-defect parameters before entering blast freezers.
Strict Cold Chain Export
To avoid cellular fluid degradation or skin discoloration, product core temperatures are heavily managed. Post-blast freezing, stackable product cartons are stored within automated deep-freeze layouts. Active tracking reefer containers secure an uninterrupted -18°C atmosphere throughout international maritime shipping corridors.
Seaworthy Export Packing
Our export-grade pork feet are cleanly packed inside high-density internal poly-liners to block outside humidity and preserve structural bloom. Master packaging consists of robust, wax-coated cardboard cartons engineered to survive long-term stacking configurations inside high-cube reefers without wall crushing.
