Volumetric Engineering
Container Loading &
Cargo Securing
Bespoke spatial mapping engineered to achieve maximum payload density, optimize continuous thermodynamic airflow, and eliminate transit shifting across global maritime freight routes.
Stowing & Payload Parameters
Payload Maximization
Every 40ft High-Cube Reefer is mapped stereometrically before loading. Cartons are stacked tightly using precision-calculated geometric configurations to fill the container’s interior cube space perfectly, maximizing total net tonnage per shipment.
Airflow Channelization
Pallet stacking layout strictly respects the reefer’s core red-line parameters. Leaving optimal vertical clearances and floor T-bar ventilation zones open ensures uniform, uninterrupted sub-zero airflow completely around the cargo.
Shock Absorption & Blocking
To resist rough sea movements, pallets are secured with heavy-duty blocking materials, structural bracing arrays, and tough corner protectors. This complete containment limits load-shifting and guards carton corners from vertical crushing forces.
Axial Center Balancing
Our heavy mechanical loading teams distribute master weights symmetrically across the container’s longitudinal centerline. This systematic center balancing complies perfectly with legal highway weight laws at both exit and entry ports.
Seaworthy Carton Engineering
High-volume container packing demands durable packaging materials. Our export master cartons utilize heavy-duty, double-walled, wax-treated corrugated fiberboards wrapped in high-tensile plastic strapping. This solid design stops box degradation from marine humidity, allowing flawless stacking heights under deep-freeze conditions.
Serialized Cargo Trace Tracking
Every pallet is labeled using automated inline systems containing GS1 barcodes, plant origin markers, and authenticated S.I.F. stamps. These detailed data sheets face the container doorways directly, allowing destination customs authorities to scan and verify health records immediately upon stripping the container.
HACCP Controlled Loading Bays
To prevent product tissue warming or condensation buildup, container loading happens entirely inside hermetically sealed, cold-managed anterooms under strict HACCP rules. Reefer containers are pre-chilled, and high-speed forklifts transfer pallet lines inside minutes, keeping core meat and poultry structures locked at -18°C.
