Maintaining optimal freshness requires a flawless cold chain. Once processed, our chicken paws are blast-frozen to -40°C. They are then securely loaded into 40ft High Cube Thermo-King Reefer Containers at -18°C, maximizing the 27 Metric Ton capacity for efficient and safe international shipping through Santos Port.

Secure Export Packaging

We pack our Grade A chicken paws to survive global logistics without freezer burn. Primary packaging consists of transparent, food-safe 5kg shrink polybags. These are nested into 10kg or 20kg heavy-duty, waterproof export cartons, strapped and labeled meticulously to meet international customs and traceability requirements.
